The IEEE Transactions on Privacy may be an online, open-access journal, but, it is first and foremost an IEEE Transactions, which means rigorous review and emphasis on high quality, high impact articles. That said, we anticipate a broad spectrum of papers; the focus is broadly on privacy, looking well beyond computational methods for privacy protection. If your work will have a strong impact on our understanding of and ability to provide greater control of our privacy, then we look forward to seeing it.
