Prasanth Mohan

2024 Member & Geographic Activities Representative

Featured ImageFeatured ImagePrasanth Mohan, the 2024 MGA Representative to the IEEE Computer Society, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. With a background in three successful bootstrapped startups since graduation, he currently serves as the Senior Customer Success Manager at the Austin-based SaaS Company - QuestionPro. In this role, he empowers Workforce clients in the North America region to measure, analyze, and enhance employee experience at scale.

With over a decade-long association with IEEE, Prasanth has undertaken 25+ Volunteer Leadership roles, representing Students and Young Professionals. He has organized 250+ programs globally and previously served as the Vice-Chair of the MGA Student Activities Committee in IEEE. He chaired the IEEE Largest Programming Competition - IEEEXtreme and the Student Awards Committee for MGA. Prasanth has visited over 150+ IEEE Student Branches/Student Chapters worldwide for member engagement activities.

Recognized for his contributions, Prasanth has been honored with the Richard E Merwin Scholarship from the Computer Society, the Regional Larry K Wilson Student Volunteer Award (Runner-Up), the MGA Innovation Award for IEEEmadC, and the MGA Young Professional Achievement Award. He has played a pivotal role in ensuring the continuity and success of the Computer Society Student & Young Professional Congress for the last 10 years, mentoring numerous volunteers and expanding the volunteer pool for Computer Society globally.
