The Sunset of the Award and the Rise of Opportunity

The Top 30 Early Career Professionals award won’t continue in 2026. At the same time, there are other ways early-career professionals can make an impact, such as by:

  • Being a peer reviewer for a publication or conference
  • Reviewing industry standards in their area of expertise
  • Participating in a technical community or local chapter
  • Becoming a judge for the IEEE CS student awards

Regardless of how they do so, early-career professionals will continue to have an impact on others in the computing industry. Explore ways to join the IEEE Computer Society and volunteer to start building an influential legacy.
