AITHON: An AI-Based Hackathon

AITHONAITHONThe IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter at the College of Engineering, Karunagappally, will be hosting AIThon, a 24-hour, national AI hackathon taking place from 4-6 November 2022 with ₹30,000 in prizes. Participants will need to provide a feasible, sustainable solution for a given problem statement. A mentor session will be held on 4 November 2022, providing background information on the problem statement and guidelines for the hackathon.

This event aims to provide a platform for AI enthusiasts to network and build innovative solutions to real-world problems. Offline workshops will be held before the start of the hackathon to help students build a strong foundation in AI, including sessions on Python libraries for AI and developing AI models.

The hackathon will be held at the College of Engineering, Karunagappally, in the Kollam district in Kerala, India, and is open to all undergraduate students from any engineering discipline. Students can register in teams of 2-4 members.
