Download the full presentation decks from two days of technical sessions on scaling, governing, and applying generative AI for enterprises.

Slides from Every Session

The decks cover technical frameworks, case studies, and lessons from engineers and product leaders who are putting generative AI into production. Inside you’ll find:

  • System designs for scaling AI in production environments
  • Case studies from IBM, Uber, Hitachi, and Daikin
  • Approaches for data pipelines, storage, and evaluation
  • Risk, governance, and compliance methods
  • Engineering takeaways from real-world deployments

About IEEE Enterprise GenAI Summit

The IEEE Enterprise GenAI Summit took place 20-21 August 2025 in San Jose, California. Over two days, engineers, researchers, and product leads shared how generative AI is being built and deployed in enterprise environments, with a focus on practical system design and responsible implementation.

Talks included IBM on content-aware storage for enterprise RAG pipelines, Uber’s Dilip Patel on a five-pillar framework for marketplace AI, and Hitachi’s Kentaro Watanabe on multi-agent system engineering. Hitachi and Daikin’s Kentaro Yoshimura demonstrated how generative AI is applied in manufacturing diagnostics, and Anna Yoon of Statsig explained why online experimentation is becoming the new standard for testing generative AI.
