Shivam

Shivam is an Enterprise Architect (Tech Innovation Lab) at ZS Associates in Bangalore, where he leads the Tech Innovation Lab practice in India—driving enterprise adoption of AI and Agents,Cognitive Science, Knowledge graphs, and advanced ML across high-impact business programs. With 7+ years of experience designing and delivering AI solutions, he specializes in LLM-enabled applications, graph-based systems, and computer vision, with a strong focus on building scalable, production-grade AI platforms for real-world use cases.

A recognized leader in the global computing community, Shivam serves on the IEEE Computer Society Board of Governors and is known for leading “special projects” and new-initiative efforts within IEEE CS Member & Geographic Activities—helping ideas move from proposal to execution. He has also contributed across IEEE CS programs and events, including delivering sessions on AI fundamentals, sustainability, and IEEE CS MGA activities.

Shivam was named to the IEEE Computer Society’s inaugural “20 in their 20s” list of emerging leaders. He is a frequent keynote speaker (50+ talks globally, including appearances connected with France and Egypt), and actively supports academia—serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at SRMIST, where he has taught Responsible AI.

He was recently honored as a Guest of Honor at the IIIT Allahabad alumni program, reflecting his continued engagement with India’s technology ecosystem
