
Mr. Perry brings over 30 years of high-level cybersecurity experience in both military and civilian roles, including service as a U.S. military officer at the GS-14 Branch Chief in the federal civilian workforce. He holds two master's degrees and has served as a chief engineer operating at the national and enterprise levels.
Mr. Perry advised U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) J74 and the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) J7, contributing to strategic initiatives and mission readiness.
He also held a leadership position as Branch Chief within the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), Software Engineering Center, Cyber Division – Cyber Technical Branch, directing key engineering and cyber initiatives in support of national defense objectives. His background includes direct support to the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS)-level organizations and key national cybersecurity missions. He has supported strategic cyber operations through roles at U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) J74 and the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) J7, where he advised on cyber capability development, mission readiness, and operational planning.
Kevin Perry holds certifications that underscore his expertise in cybersecurity and leadership, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO). These certifications demonstrate his comprehensive knowledge in cybersecurity, agile methodologies, and government IT leadership, reinforcing his qualifications to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex cybersecurity projects.
