Andreas Reinhardt

Andreas Reinhardt is a full professor and head of the energy informatics lab at TU Clausthal, Germany.  He was the recipient of a Vice-Chancellor's Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and received his doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from TU Darmstadt, Germany.  Andreas Reinhardt is a senior member of the IEEE and was chair of the IEEE Computer Society's Technical Committee on Computer Communications from 2018 to 2021. He has contributed to the successful organization of many IEEE-sponsored technical conferences and workshops in the domain of computer networking in various roles. His current research interests lie in the area of networked and ubiquitous computing for smarter use of electrical energy.
