Audit Committee
The Audit Committee reviews the society's policies, procedures, and practices; identifies changes to improve or enhance society operations; and makes recommendations to the Board.
The scope of Audit Committee activities encompasses all society entities and operations, including both volunteer and staff activities, and interface with the IEEE, with affiliated organizations, and with external organizations.
The Audit Committee is appointed by the Board of Governors, and consists of three to five franchised members of the Board of Governors, none of whom is a Society officer.
