Nominees Sought for IEEE Division V Director-elect
LOS ALAMITOS, Calif., 5 September 2013 – The IEEE Computer Society seeks nominees for the position of IEEE Division V Delegate-Director-elect. The deadline to submit nominations is 27 September.
Each year, IEEE Computer Society members elect a director-elect. The IEEE Division V Delegate-Director serves a year as director-elect (2015) and two years as director (2016-2017). View the full position description here.
All potential nominees must complete and submit a nomination form with a biography, a list of IEEE activities, and a position statement. Self-nominations are allowed and encouraged.
The IEEE Computer Society Nominations Committee recommends candidates to the IEEE Computer Society Board of Governors, and the BoG will select the candidate slate at its 18 November 2013 meeting.
