The IEEE Computer Society is pleased to present the new Latin America DVP program! Latin American chapters interested in the speakers below should contact Fernando Bouche, and should refer to the general guidelines for DVP programs <http://www2.computer.org/portal/web/chapters/dvp>. Computer Society members in Latin America who wish to assist with the development of this program, or speakers willing to serve with the program, should also contact Fernando Bouche. 


The Society encourages its members to build DVP programs in local areas to serve local member communities. Chapters in Latin America should contact the Latin America program to participate in the DVP.
