First OnlinePlus Issues Sent to Subscribers this Month

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif., 1 March, 2011—Subscribers to IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics (TVCG) and the IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (TDSC), and the IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence (TPAMI), who chose the OnlinePlus option, will be receiving the first OnlinePlus abstract book and disks this month.

OnlinePlus, a hybrid publication model of online only and print that gives subscribers the best of both worlds—online access plus a printed book of article abstracts and a searchable interactive disk—was introduced last year.

Subscribers of TVCG and TPAMI will receive a printed book of article abstracts and disk that contains the complete contents of three issues, while TDSC subscribers' book of article abstracts and disk contains the complete contents of two issues.

Two exciting features of the interactive disk are that it gives readers the flexibility of accessing content anywhere without an internet connection and contains supplemental materials that were usually only posted online in the Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL).
