Webinar Scheduled for 1 December on Capability Portfolios

“Rack and Stack: Capability Portfolio Management with IBM Rational” will feature application engineer Jeff Bush, part of the IBM Software Group within the Rational Brand Portfolio practice area for the Federal Business Unit.
Bush’s subject matter expertise consists of application and database lifecycle management. His domain experience includes portfolio and program management, capital planning and investment control, requirements management, object-oriented analysis and design, architecture, configuration and build management and quality assurance. He has vast knowledge of vendor and technology solutions within portfolio, application, and database lifecycle management.
The IBM Rational Capability Portfolio and Performance Management solution allows federal agencies and organizations working with them to manage capabilities from inception through development and support.
Stakeholders can leverage cost/benefit trade-off analysis with configurable weighted criteria considering factors such as strategic (mission) alignment, time, cost, benefit, feasibility/significance, "what-if" investment analysis results, and risk.
