ABSTRACT
We propose a priority-based approach based on MPTCP and Software-Defined Networking for heterogeneous naval networks. Our proposed approach is able to manage the different communication links in heterogeneous naval networks by reducing the handover overhead and improving the total end-to-end throughput. Our dynamic SDN controller also supports both static and mobile scenarios.
