ABSTRACT
<p>By defining workflows, existing services are put into novel contexts and exposed to different workloads, which in turn can result in unexpected behaviors.</p> <p>This paper examines the chaotic behavior of sequential workflows in overload situations and discusses the use of call-contexts as a means of avoiding them.</p>
