ABSTRACT
In management science, intelligent management that combines artificial intelligence with management science is an important research direction of management science. The efficiency question is the core of logistics system management, this paper analyses the operation efficiency of its every subsystem and set up index system of comprehensive evaluating logistics system efficiency (LSE). From the view of Benchmarking management and the principle of intelligent management, an integrated DEA/BPN model for evaluating LSE is constructed. And then, this model is applied to the evaluation an example (a domestic large-scale logistics group) with real data. The results show that the average testing error of the integrated DEA/BPN model is reduced about 89% in comparison with that of the traditional BPN model. The study conclusions indicate that the integrating DEA/BPN model set up of this paper can evaluate LSE and provide the improving direction and method for the enterprise or department of ineffective DEA in system, and further forecast prospect through training formal fingers.
