ABSTRACT
This paper presents the test strategy adopted at different hierarchical abstraction levels (from board to die level) during the development of a multi-channel data acquisition and signal processing MCM, designed for the new generation experiments of high-energy physics on the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) accelerator at CERN.
