In this paper, we propose an effective method for transmitting multimedia based NFV to ensure required quality when a large amount of traffic for multimedia occur in the multimedia transmission, and user needs. We designed a network structure NFV using OpenStack and then created VM, network connection, and upload images through the dashboard. We used network simulation OPNET to measure the performance of the CDN network. In implementation and the experiment, we used a virtualization applications network of equipment to reduce the traffic and load on the server. And also we prove the superiority of CDN network technology.
