With the continuous improvement of navigation techniques and the continuous optimization of network data transmission and data acquisition, Global satellite navigation system (GNSS) signal processing has entered the era of big data, which result in appearing performance bottlenecks in the signal quality assessment system. How to ensure the balance between the growth rate of the signal quality evaluation rate and the growth rate of the signal acquisition data, this is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the process of signal quality evaluation. This paper studies the acceleration and optimization of the evaluation system from both software and hardware aspects. The optimization scheme is verified by experimental comparison, and the optimized acceleration effect is obvious and effective, which provides some reference value for China's research work of signal quality assessment.
