China's cultural industry entered a critical stage, and in order to make up for the disadvantages in China's global development strategy, we must emphasis the value of share and build a new cultural system platform as a breakthrough, proposing a fundamental solution to a series of major problems that limited domestic cultural development. The main reason for restricting the development of public cultural service industry is the imperfect service platform construction. The development cost of the new media service platform is high, and the portability is low, which limits its application. The public cultural services media in web forms, across the terminal and geographical, make audience extensive and diverse. Among them, the front end of the web is a layer that has the most direct interaction with the user. The application of the web platform strengthen the interaction between the media and the audience, and this participatory culture is the best way for the future development of cultural communication. From the display type web to the application type web changes, as well as the more massive contents of the public cultural services, which will inevitably lead to the development of front-end engineering. Firstly this paper introduces the background of the development of the web front-end. And then proposing a solution from the four aspects of component, modular, standardization and automation. At last, we design and realize a single page application of cultural content displaying with related technologies and tools.
