In civil engineering exploration, the stochastic disturb of target and background media will influence tomography accuracy. Based on ray hypothesis, autocorrelation smooth method(ASM) was ratiocinated. Engineering examples about karsts caves electromagnetic tomography exploration were given to illuminate the effect of ASM method.
