The home textile enterprises occupy an important position for the economic development of zhejiang province china. However, the obvious characteristic of the home textile enterprises is that they own powerful manufacturing ability, and weak technology innovation ability. After a long time study on the home textile enterprise of zhejiang province, a distributed product collaborative design framework based on grid resource sharing was proposed, aimed to improve the innovation ability of enterprises by resource integrating and distributed cooperation. The characteristics of home textile product, the architecture of collaborative design system, and key technology for the design of the platform was discussed in the paper.
