This paper describes a simple model of compressor based on analysis the compression behavior and presents a new self-adjust organization of integrating factor. This organization is capable of self-adjust integral factors based on the values of error. When the error be a positive and big value, the value of integrating factor increases and the controlled increment accumulates quickly. When the output is closing to the expected value, the error decreases and the value of integrating factor lowers concomitantly. When the output has already exceeded the desired value, the error is a negative value and increase quickly. At the same time, the value of integrating factor will increases in the opposite side. So the outputs of self-adjust organization change follow the value of error. In the compressor control system, the fuzzy controller using self-adjust organization may urge the control system to track desired value speedy and ensure the fast response characteristics of control system. Lots of digital simulation results show that this method is effective and intelligent with dynamic control functions.
