Multidisciplinary simulation integration (MSI) technology is used to solve the problem of process integration and resources share of different discipline tools in the rotor blade design. First MSI platform architecture is established. The form of two level flows and a group of nodes are designed to provide an integration mechanism by analyzing the numerical design process of rotor blade. Then data integration technology of MSI is discussed and its realization methods are proposed by using work flow theory and analyzing integration relations of different discipline tools. MSI platform RotorMSI(Rotor multidisciplinary simulation integration) has been developed to include concurrent influence of multi-disciplines based on simulation software interface method in rotor blade design. The rotor blade design integration example shows that the established system is effective on enhancing rotor blade product design efficiency.
