In the 21st century, the computer has become the centerpiece of activities in homes, schools, and many public places. The question is, do we have master artists who can effectively use computers in creating new experiences that weren?t possible before? Are the existing tools and techniques adequate for artists who would want to use digital technology in their work, or are there limiting factors when it comes to communicating experiences? Some people believe that digital artists in general aren?t ready to lead the aesthetic and emotional development of artistic endeavors across society.
