This survey of current job search and recruitment tools focuses on applying a computer-based approach to job matchmaking. The authors present a semantic-based software platform, LO-MATCH--developed in the framework of a European project on lifelong learning--that highlights future research directions. There are three related Web extras that provide supplemental material. The first video [] introduces job matchmaking and the LO-MATCH platform. The second video [] shows how semantic technologies can be used in a job matchmaking scenario. The third video [] demonstrates the LO-MATCH job matchmaking platform.
