1. appendix.pdf
This PDF contains useful mathematical formulae and derivations
along with empirical analysis of convergence and stability of the
proposed PDE. Finally it also contains 2D slices of the Sheep's
Heart dataset with an iso-surface of 153 marked with iso-lines.

This video shows the diffusion effect of the KM model as the parameter
of the stopping function is changed.
3. sigma_effect.avi
This video shows the diffusion effect of our proposed model as the parameter
of the stopping function is changed. Note, in this case, increasing the
parameter value will result in a lower overall diffusion.

This video demonstrates the effect of our proposed diffusion model on
data containing spheres of different sizes when the stopping function is set
to constant one (1) everywhere.
