For a small fee, Google will do everything for you. That might seem a bit blasphemous to some, since Google pretty much does everything for them already for free, but if you want encrypted email, for example, or some sort of archive that will satisfy any legal eagles headed your way, they'll take that worry off your hands. I don't own a small (or large!) company, but it seems a bit weird to put all that info outside of the firewall, so to speak. Granted, I haven't seen the biz plan/pitch, but the theme of some of the bigger companies here this year is that they want to run your entire system, IT-wise. Cradle to grave. I'm sure there's a cost-benefit analysis/trade-off/ROI/other related buzzword that comes into play that would make this attractive to someone.
