Slovenian police are scheduled to hold a press conference on 30 July to discuss the arrests of three men who allegedly created the Mariposa botnet that infected millions of computers worldwide. The US Federal Bureau of Investigation has confirmed these arrests. The botnet was eventually disabled by a coalition of security researchers in December of 2009.
