San Murugesan is the director of BRITE Professional Services and an adjunct professor at the University of Western Sydney, Australia. His areas of interest include cloud computing, green IT, the Internet of Things, and IT applications. He served in several senior positions in academia and industry in Australia and India. He is co-editor of the forthcoming Encyclopedia of Cloud Computing (Wiley 2014). He is an editorial board member of Computer and edits its bimonthly column, "Cloud Cover." Morris Chang is an associate professor at Iowa State University. His research interests include cybersecurity, wireless networks, and energy-efficient computer systems. His current research projects on cybersecurity are funded by DARPA. Chang received his PhD from the North Carolina State University. His past industrial experiences include positions at Texas Instruments, Microelectronic Center of North Carolina, and AT&T Bell Labs. Securing IT: Rick Kuhn is a computer scientist in the Computer Security Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology. He has authored more than 100 publications on information security, empirical studies of software failure, and software assurance, and is a senior member of the IEEE. He co-developed the role based access control model (RBAC), used throughout industry, and led the effort establishing RBAC as an ANSI standard. Robert R. Harmon is a professor of marketing and service innovation and a Cameron Research Fellow at Portland State University. His interests include IT-enabled service innovation, technology marketing, and big data marketing. Harmon has over 20 years of experience as a technology marketing consultant in industries such as IT services, software, semiconductors, alternative energy, green IT, and cloud computing. Harmon is a recipient of the Oregon State Legislatures Faculty Excellence Award and the Tektronix Teaching Excellence Award. He was an American Marketing Association Doctoral Consortium Fellow.
