We solicit tutorial-style, original articles that present the state of the art in various areas of localization and tracking, such as, but not limited to, hybrid and opportunistic localization, ultra wideband (UWB) ranging, WiFi and probabilistic localization, RFID and real-time location systems, inertial navigation & dead reckoning, direction of arrival systems, cooperative localization, and localization using multipath diversity.
