Accreditation

The Accreditation Committee monitors and evaluates curriculum accreditation guidelines in the field of computing and recommend changes as needed. We do this through our role in CSAB, formerly known as the Computer Science Accreditation Board, which is a part of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). The Computer Society has four representatives and two alternate representatives to CSAB. For more information, contact the 2011 Accreditation Committee chair.
