ABSTRACT
Recently advanced computer have brought real-time three dimension object simulation running in high speed. In numerical method, the explicit integration method still remains the problem of stability while the implicit integration method suffers from high memory storage. Especially in mass spring system, the calculation time becomes large for the complex models. When interval time step becomes large, it causes the simulation to be collapsed and the models vanish from the scene. In this paper, we present the potentially improved Euler method that can solve the stability by adapting the method between explicit and implicit methods where the integration can be approximately averaged from the current force and the predicted force to prevent the mass-spring system simulation from failure. The simulation results more stable and accurate for the mass-spring system.
