ABSTRACT
Does the real power of patterns lie not in the extraordinary solutions an expert provides but in the pattern writer's ability to capture deep insight into the simple, ordinary, basic structures that support good decision-making? This article provides two examples of one person's experience in uncovering the benefit of patterns.
