Primavera is a vendor of enterprise project management software. Over the past 18 months, Primavera's development team has been using the Scrum agile development process. Their story describes their journey as they learned as a team what it takes to deliver high-quality software successfully while significantly improving the development team's quality of life. Today, Primavera's development team is a model for other companies looking to adopt agile processes.
