Along with the development of network economy, the E-commerce becomes a very popular and innovative business model which has bright prospect. How to evaluate those E-commerce websites equitably and objectively becomes a problem that both customers and website investors pay close attention to. This paper introduced an E-commerce websites evaluation system and then proposed a method to evaluate E-commerce websites based on LWD (Linguistic Weighted Disjunction) and LOWA(Linguistic Ordered Weighted Averaging) operator. This method is practical and feasible.
