A new information resource integration system structure is proposed based on the analysis of the former information resource integration method, by adding Agent between business system and data center, and modifying the former mode of data center. After describing data exchange center, data exchange adapter, database, way of data circulating and so on, the design and the realization of the structure are introduced.
