The international workshop on Emerging Technologies for Next-generation GRID (ETNGRID) is at its third edition. The number of submitted papers, as well as the topics tackled, clearly show the attention the research community has towards Grid computing, an interest which is continuously growing. We provide here a brief overview of the papers that have been presented at the workshop, summarizing the contribution provided and the advances introduced in the field of Grid computing.
