This paper presents the implementation of a theoretical model intended for the simulation and presentation of real world systems. The proposed model is the Active Objects Model due to its flexibility and extendibility. Its structure offers the possibility of accurately representing real objects with structure and behavior. Due to the high computing requirements of the model, this paper focuses on the implementation on a distributed environment, more specifically on a grid network.
