This paper describes the processes and changes that NDS Technologies Israel (NDS-TI) underwent, over the past three years, in order to achieve a culture of requirements management, and discusses the future of the process. We will describe the establishment of the Requirements Management process, and focus on the leap, from the point of view of Return on Investment.
