This paper describes a Web-based decision support system named WBDSS for the benefits evaluation of land consolidation for local authority. Cost-Benefits Analysis (CBA) model, Net Present Value (NPV) model, Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation (CFE) model and relative databases were introduced and integrated. The system can help decision makers in selecting of evaluating method according to land consolidation goal, plan and scenario resultsa. The system has been pilot used in Lipao land consolidation project(LCP) at Badaling town, The experience and feedback from testing and evaluating the system with potential users are discussed. Some valuable insights into the use of the Internet as a evaluation tool in land consolidation are highlighted.
