Collaborative e-Business is concerned by enterprises recently. It becomes an important direction to building the next generation e-Business. In this paper, we use the thinking of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Grid Service to construct the collaborative e-Business platform. It realizes the collaboration amongst e-Business system and enterprise inside systems and the cooperation among the enterprises in the supply chain.
