The service discovery is the core technique of service framework. In this paper, we propose a QoSConcerned services Discovery (QSCD), which complements the existing service discovery. QSCD is a consumer-oriented mechanism of service discovery, which builds at the side of service consumer and is only used by consumer himself. It stores information related to the services invoked by the consumer and considers consumer?s requirement for QoS. Furthermore, Services Information Description Document (SIDD), corresponding Schema and APIs are presented. As a result, it can greatly speed up the discovery of services.
