With service-oriented architecture(SOA) emerging, more and more enterprises are rushing to employ web services to encapsulate their business in order to accelerate the cooperation with their partners[1]. If a key service breaks down suddenly when a business process is executing, then a substitute for the key service should been selected by a service matchmaking mechanism to continue to execute the current process.
