An international wireless roaming infrastructure called eduroam was proposed for realizing a Wireless LAN roaming among research and educational networks. The eduroam has been deployed in many countries worldwide. The current eduroam architecture lacks some useful features such as a means to authorize and control roaming users' accesses to local resources. In this paper, we propose a network access control method to realize such authorizations and controls. The new method enables a visited institution to securely provide roaming users with efficient local network services.
