With the progress of advanced technology, people anticipate better quality in the medical health care service. The physicians and hospitals, therefore, provide more precise and more rapid diagnosis for patients. Regular consultations are not only held inside a hospital, but also in other locations. When needed, a physician in a local hospital can consult other more experienced physicians in a remote medical center without face-to-face discussion using a teleconsultation system.
