We consider healthcare wireless sensornetworks implemented using 802.15.4 beacon enabled technology, in whichsecurity processors are implemented with low power microcontrollers.??Inthis setting, we propose to use elliptic curve cryptography for keydistribution, in order to decrease energy consumption compared to thebetter known RSA algorithm.
