Massively mobile devices, services and contents constructed a dynamic and smart space to provide users with services at anytime and at anywhere according to their preferences. The heterogeneous devices, limited resources, and interactions between several autonomous administrative domains let it be difficult to build scalable and stabile systems. This paper describes a FIPA-compatible multiagent architecture-describer in which agents take charge of services- independent and atomic functional units and cooperate and negotiate with each other .These services could be dynamically and transparently configured to achieve different goals to final users. Participatory design model is used to separate the design and implement process with scenarios and to customize users' applications with the help of a lightweight human-agent interaction language.
