Responsibility driven architecture explores when, how, and who should make architectural decisions. The author's research attempts to answer these questions from the perspective of real options theory and proposes a framework to improve architectural design. It has also provided an opportunity to reframe the role and relevancy of the architect in agile development. 1. S.L.
