Evaluating a Location-Based Application: A Hybrid Test and Simulation Environment
July-September 2004 (vol. 3 no. 3)
pp. 48-56
Developing and deploying location-based applications is severely affected by the need for complex and expensive testing and evaluation. However, a new test environment for testing and evaluating system and network related issues in location-based applications offers a different approach. See how this new environment evaluates a location-based, mobile remote heart and lung health monitoring application, focusing on component interaction, networking, location changes, and multiple component instances.
